Personnel info.

There is a harmonious and efficient team of well-trained workers and professional technicians and rigorous analysts. Production manager has an experience of over 10 years, graduated from University with major of Vegetable Oil & Protein Processing; most workers are from “Grain Processing Institute” with major of food processing.

Key machines such as centrifuges and metering pumps are imported

Automatic processing line, for example:

Raw materials are supplied by scraper / automatic feeder with precise metering pump.

Central control panel: the important parameters for processing control are indicated in the screen; the history production records are available too. The operator can know the simultaneous production status and can make the adjustment via it.

Lecithin-adding tower is specially constructed, for processing of Non-dusty Unisonsoy soy protein.

Production performed according to concept of ISO 9001:2000 and HACCP plan.

Material

Material receiving policy is effective and strictly enforced. Material providers are carefully selected and pre-approved, and only qualified materials can be accepted for Unisonsoy production

_ Soybean flakes

The quality & the consistence in quality of soybean flakes affect the quality & functionality of soy protein a lot. Soybean flakes for Unisonsoy is directly from member of own conglomerate (Soybean Oil Plant), the soybean flakes for Unisonsoy is made from GMO Free natural domestic soybean with IP certification. Superior quality soybean flakes are always kept for our own production, this way, “quality; consistence in quality; functional property” of Unisonsoy can be achieved.

_ Processing water

Quality of the processing water affects the impurity content (heavy metal etc) of the soy protein isolate.

Unisonsoy isolate facility with water purification system of RO membrane imported from USA . All the processing water used for processing of Unisonsoy isolate is from well of more than 450 meters deep, and then purified by such RO membrane, this way impurities in the final products are well controlled. This is the special feature of Unisonsoy isolate.

Production procedure management / Critical control points are fully enforced

Production is carried out at very clean workshop, and well-trained workers are always there carefully checking every processing stage; QC personnel keep accompany of each working team / shift for the processing quality control (critical control points), even it is automatic production line.

Release policy is strictly practised / quality control

There is a traceable system, the materials and product and sample-kept are clearly marked, labeled, stored and well recorded.

Batch to batch of Unisonsoy is tested before & after packing in all aspects at plant Quality Control Center by our rigorous QC personnel.

More important: Unisonsoy functional properties (ball-forming; gelling strength; water hydration capacity; fat retention capacity; emulsification; slicibility; dispersibility; viscosity etc) are carefully evaluated, before the product released to clients.

As for the Unisonsoy for our overseas partners & before its' shipment, Entry- Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of the people's republic of China (short as CIQ) make random sampling at Unisonsoy warehouse and conduct inspection according to relative state methods seriously. Only those goods passing final inspection will be released to our partners overseas.

Meanwhile, Unisonsoy samples are regularly sent to below-mentioned independent Labs for quality confirmation and specific items testing. Lab such as:

Labs Accredited by China National Accreditation Board for Laboratories (CNAL)

Container-loading / container-stuffing

For the goods released, the container is carried to our plant, and the Unisonsoy is loaded into container at plant by plant workers. The container floor is cleaned before loading, and there is no rough handling. So it can be guaranteed that the goods delivered to our partners are in good packing.
