UNISONSOY 90 is a Enzymed Soy Protein Isolate produced from Natural GMO - free soy bean with IP certification. It disperses well , low in viscosity, it provides excellent nutritional properties.

UNISONSOY 90 is produced and designed for use in meat industry by injection in brine system.  
Whole muscle meat products (Ham etc) can be improved by using soy protein brine injection & massage & tenderization to tenderize and reduce cooking losses. Poultry breasts pumped with slurries of soy protein isolate, salt, and flavors are also becoming popular.
Product quality attributes include increased yields, improved firmness, and enhanced slicing characteristics.

UNISONSOY 90 is Kosher certified by Star-K; it is also Halal certified.

Keep bag tightly closed; avoid physical damage; keep it away from acids, oxidizers, corrosives, poisonous & hazardous items and items with foreign odor & non-food materials etc.
For best performance, it is recommended that the product be stored at a temperature of less than 23°C & at relative humidity of below 60%; product be used within six months from the date of delivery.

Failure to object in writing to any of the foregoing Product Standard within 10 business days of receipt of this document shall be considered as your acceptance of and agreement to the specifications set forth above.
